The Effnet 5G RAN Software Solution enables a complete 5G RAN that runs natively in containers on COTS hardware and consists of a number of (separately licensable) 5G RAN components with industry standard and open interfaces. The Effnet 5G solution is proven with multiple 5G SA devices as well as UE Simulators and Radio units from different vendors. The Effnet 5G solution components are already running in many deployments worldwide. The Effnet 5G RAN Software Solution can be used in public/private networks, in rural areas, in industrial environments, in non-terrestrial networks (e.g. satellite networks), for government, military and public safety networks etc. Its modularity and scalability enables many different deployment scenarios ranging from Multi-access Edge Computing scenarios via Cloud based networks to Small Cells.
