In this session, Thijs Feryn, the Technical Evangelist at Varnish Software, will show you how to build a private content delivery solution with Intel® Xeon® using Varnish Software’s suite of tools.

The foundation of this live demo is of course Varnish Enterprise, the caching engine that came out as the fastest content delivery solution in the industry during Intel’s benchmarks. In the demo, we will spin up content delivery resources in various geographical regions and manage them with Varnish Controller.

The Varnish Controller management interface will be used to manage Varnish servers, manage VCL deployments, manage request routing rules on the Varnish Traffic Router, invalidate content, and view usage statistics in a variety of dashboards.

The end result is a fully customized, multi-PoP, multi-tier private CDN that is not only powerful, scalable, and resilient, but also very easy to set up and configure thanks to the Varnish Controller & Varnish Traffic Router.
