Happy New Year! I am excited to be starting the new year with a market-leading product announcement and release. The Intel® Network Builders team has been working with our leading ecosystem partners for many months now getting ready for this exciting new product family release. We have over 600+ partners committed to or are actively developing and optimizing their solutions on 4th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors, specifically delivering software-driven solutions for networking functions. We appreciate the full support of these partners in this endeavor.

As part of the Intel Network Builders program, our members have access to our Testbed Infrastructure to begin optimizing solutions on the newest Intel technology, including the 4^th Gen Intel Xeon scalable platforms. These platforms will be available starting in Q1 2023. In addition to easy remote access to these platforms, members can also benefit from the new 4^th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable Processor Experience Kits. Specially designed for our developer community, these kits provide a robust library of documents meant to accelerate the development of solutions based on the 4^th Gen Intel Xeon. From reference software and optimization techniques to useful manual and video trainings, our community can take full advantage of all the goodness of this new platform by learning from these experience kits.

I also want to highlight some of the benefits of the new 4th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors that deliver our most computing power for demanding edge and network workloads. It provides significant improvements in per-core performance, introduces DDR5 memory, PCIe 5.0, and increased I/O support. And they offer the most built-in accelerators of any CPUs on the market. Network operators get a solution to deliver sophisticated packet processing with energy-efficient performance to power virtualized network functions. They also get a dynamic platform to handle dramatic 5G traffic growth from user-generated content and new media types such as AR/VR.
